1. What happens if I am missing an item from my order?

If you are missing an item from your order, please email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and the name of the missing item and we will ship it ASAP at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the cost of that item or replace it with an item(s) of equal value – whichever you prefer.

Note: Missing item requests placed after 14 days from delivery date of your package will not be acknowledged.


2. What happens if I received a broken item?

We’re sorry about that! Sometimes transit can be rough. If you receive a broken item, please email a photo of the broken item to within 14 days of delivery of your package. Please also include your name, order number, and the product name as well as the photo. If approved, we will ship you out a replacement or refund you the cost of the item, whichever you prefer.

3. Can I return an item?

We will accept returns requested within 30 days of the purchase date on unused and unopened products only. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

5. Why haven’t I received my refund?
