1. How do I create an account?

To create an account, sign up for either our BB Bag or Mask Maven.

2. How do I log into my account?

You can log into your Beauteque Monthly account to view your BB Bag or Mask Maven subscription by clicking here.

 

3. Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account here.

If you need assistance, feel free to email subscriptionshelp@beauteque.com Please keep in mind our business hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Cancellation requests placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day. Cancellation requests may take up to 2-4 business days to process during holidays and busy times, so be sure to plan accordingly. Please make any cancellation requests at least 1 week (7 days) prior to your renewal date.

 

4. Can I skip a month?

Of course! Both Prepaid and Monthly subscribers are welcome to skip renewals prior to their renewal date.

Prepaid subscribers, please be advised that this action will only skip your next renewal, it will not halt any shipments we still owe you. It will also skip the entire duration of your prepaid plan (3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month), not just one single month.

If you are a Monthly subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you would like to skip your February 3 renewal, your next renewal date will be March 3.

If you are a Prepaid subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you are a 3-Month subscriber and you choose to skip your April 3 renewal, your plan will then renew on July 3. Please be aware that any shipments from your original Prepaid 3-Month plan will still be sent to you.

If you choose to skip your next renewal, it must be done so prior to your renewal date. We cannot offer refunds or skips on successful renewals.

 

5. Can I put a hold on my account?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to put a “hold” on your account. However, you can skip your renewal date (see #4 above) or cancel if you need to hold off for an extended period of time (see #6 below). When you want to return just reactivate your account.

 

6. If I cancel my subscription, will it cancel my order (future shipments) and refund me?   

No! Cancelling  your subscription only prevents your subscription service from renewing in the future. If you cancel after your account has successfully renewed, you will receive any bags you have paid for prior to the cancellation. Please be aware of what you have already paid for.

 

7. Can I reactivate my subscription after I cancelled?

Of course, we would be so happy to have you back! To reactivate your subscription, log into your subscriptions account here:

On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the option to “Reactivate” any inactive subscriptions you may have.

 

8. Can I change from BB Bag to Mask Maven (and vice versa)?

Yes. You can change your subscription from BB Bag to Mask Maven (or the other way around) by logging into your subscriptions account here:

On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the option to “Edit” your subscription. You may then select a new product and term, if you wish. Your account will renew on your usual renewal date.

 

9. Can I get a refund for a renewal?

Our subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. We do not issue refunds once a renewal has successfully gone through. Please be mindful of your sign-up date as this is the date that your subscription will renew at the end of your term.

Please cancel your subscription or skip your renewal prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for your next renewal.

10. My payment was not processed, what do I do?

If your card is declined or there is an issue with payment, your subscription will not successfully renew. You will be emailed a notice that your account will expire. You have 10 days from the first failed to update your card information before your subscription expires.

You can change your card information by logging into your account here.

If your account has already expired, simply log back in and update your card information. You can then reactivate your subscription.

If you do not wish to continue the service simply cancel your subscription or skip the pending renewal to avoid the email notifications and billing attempts.
