1. What is a Beauty Box?
Our Beauty Box by Beauteque is a monthly subscription box that delivers the latest Asian beauty products right to your doorstep. The Beauty Box includes a fun mix of makeup, skincare, body care, beauty tools, and more. You’ll receive at least 6 full sized items each month (no sample sizes here!), with a value that’s at least 3x the cost of the box.
2. How much does the Beauty Box cost?
We offer different options for our auto-renewing Beauty Box subscription.

Please be mindful that shipping costs are not included in the price of your box. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. How does the Beauty Box subscription work?
The Beauty Box subscription automatically renews at the end of your subscription term. If you have signed up for a Monthly plan, your plan will renew each month on the same date you signed up. If you signed up for a Prepaid 3-Month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date after your 3 month plan ends. If you signed up for a Prepaid 6-Month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date after your 6 month plan ends. If you signed up for a Prepaid 12-Month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date after your 12 month plan ends.
- A Monthly plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on February 3.
- A Prepaid 3-Month plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on April 3.
- A Prepaid 6-Month plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on July 3.
- A Prepaid 12-Month plan that signs up on January 3, 2017 will renew on January 3, 2018.
4. When do I have to sign up by to receive a certain month’s box?
Your Beauty Box will ship at the end of every month. The cutoff date to order your Mask Maven is the 15th of every month at 11:59 PM UTC.
If you sign up after the 16th at 12:00 AM UTC, you will be pre-ordering the next month’s box.
5. When do Beauty Boxes ship?
Please be mindful that our Beauty Boxes do not ship per order! Our Beauty Boxes ship ONCE per month, at the end of the month.
You will receive email notifications when your box is getting ready to ship. Please be sure to add the contact “email@example.com” to your address book to ensure you don’t miss important notifications about your subscription.
Most subscribers within the continental USA will receive their boxes within 7 days of shipping. Please be mindful that holidays, inclement weather, and unforeseen events can delay shipping times. International shipments may take longer due to transit times and customs.

6. How do I purchase a Beauty Box subscription?
To open a Beauty Box subscription, click here. We currently only accept credit cards as payment for our Beauty Boxes.
7. Can I gift a Beauty Box subscription?
You’re so kind – of course you can! You can gift a subscription by selecting “This is a gift” at checkout. Be sure to select whether or not you’d like the gift subscription to renew. If you choose to have the gift subscription renew, be aware it will renew at the end of the subscription term on the same date you subscribe. For example, a renewing 3-Month gift subscription that is purchased on 6/5 will renew on 9/5.

8. I have too many products! Can I skip a month of my subscription?
Of course! Both Prepaid and Monthly subscribers are welcome to skip renewals prior to their renewal date.
Prepaid subscribers, please be advised that this action will only skip your next renewal, it will not halt any shipments we still owe you. It will also skip the entire duration of your prepaid plan (3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month), not just one single month.
If you are a Monthly subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you would like to skip your February 3 renewal, your next renewal date will be March 3.
If you are a Prepaid subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you are a 3-Month subscriber and you choose to skip your April 3 renewal, your plan will then renew on July 3. Please be aware that any shipments from your original Prepaid 3-Month plan will still be sent to you.
If you choose to skip your next renewal, it must be done so prior to your renewal date. We cannot offer refunds or skips on successful renewals.
9. What happens if I am allergic to a product in my subscription?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns on unwanted or unusable subscription products. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with specific inquiries.
