Subscriptions: Mask Maven

1. What is Mask Maven?

Mask Maven is a monthly mask subscription that delivers at least 9 masks to your door each and every month. Mask Maven includes face sheet masks, lip masks, hair masks, body patches, wash off masks, and more! You can count on Mask Maven delivering you the latest and greatest in masking technology.

2. How much does Mask Maven cost?

We offer different options for our Mask Maven subscription (all prices in USD):

Please be mindful that shipping fees are not included in the price of your box. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

3. How does the Mask Maven subscription work?

The Mask Maven subscription automatically renews at the end of your subscription term. If you have signed up for a Monthly plan, your plan will renew each month on the same date you signed up. If you signed up for a Prepaid 3-Month plan, your plan will automatically renew  on your sign-up date after your 3 month plan ends. If you signed up for a Prepaid 6-Month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date after your 6 month plan ends. If you signed up for a Prepaid 12-Month plan, your plan will automatically renew on your sign-up date after your 12 month plan ends.

For example:

  • A Monthly plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on February 3.
  • A Prepaid 3-Month plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on April 3.
  • A Prepaid 6-Month plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on July 3.
  • A Prepaid 12-Month plan that signs up on January 3, 2017 will renew on January 3, 2018.

4. When do I have to sign up by to receive a certain month’s box?

Your Mask Maven will ship at the end of every month. The cutoff date to order your Mask Maven is the 15th of every month at 11:59 PM EST.

If you sign up after the 16th at 12:00 AM EST, you will be pre-ordering the next month’s box.

5. When do Mask Mavens ship?

Please be mindful that our Mask Mavens do not ship per order! Our Mask Mavens ship ONCE per month, at the end of the month.

You will receive email notifications when your box is getting ready to ship. Please be sure to add the contact “marketing@beauteque.com” to your address book to ensure you don’t miss important notifications about your subscription.

Please be mindful that holidays, inclement weather, and unforeseen events can delay shipping times. International shipments may take longer due to transit times and customs.

6. How do I purchase a Mask Maven subscription?

To open a Mask Maven subscription, click here. We currently only accept credit cards as payment for our Mask Mavens.

7. Can I gift a Mask Maven subscription?

You’re so kind – of course you can! You can gift a subscription by selecting “This is a gift” at checkout. Be sure to select whether or not you’d like the gift subscription to renew. If you choose to have the gift subscription renew, please be aware it will renew at the end of the subscription term on the same date you subscribe. For example, a renewing 3-Month gift subscription that is purchased on 6/5 will renew on 9/5.

8. I have too many products! Can I skip a month of my subscription?

Of course! Both Prepaid and Monthly subscribers are welcome to skip renewals prior to their renewal date.

Prepaid subscribers, please be advised that this action will only skip your next renewal, it will not halt any shipments we still owe you. It will also skip the entire duration of your prepaid plan (3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month), not just one single month.

If you are a Monthly subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you would like to skip your February 3 renewal, your next renewal date will be March 3.

If you are a Prepaid subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you are a 3-Month subscriber and you choose to skip your April 3 renewal, your plan will then renew on July 3. Please be aware that any shipments from your original Prepaid 3-Month plan will still be sent to you.

If you choose to skip your next renewal, it must be done so prior to your renewal date. We cannot offer refunds or skips on successful renewals.

9. What happens if I am allergic to a product in my subscription?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns on unwanted or unusable subscription products. Please email subscriptionshelp@beauteque.com with any specific inquiries.
