Subscriptions: Billing/Renewals

1.  Will my subscription plan automatically renew?

Yes! Your plan will automatically renew at the end of your subscription term.

 

2. When will my subscription plan automatically renew?

At the end of your subscription term, your subscription plan will renew on the anniversary of your original sign-up date.

For example:

  • A Monthly plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on February 3.
  • A Prepaid 3-Month plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on April 3.
  • A Prepaid 6-Month plan that signs up on January 3 will renew on July 3.
  • A Prepaid 12-Month plan that signs up on January 3, 2017 will renew on January 3, 2018.

It’s important to remember your renewal date, as this is the date you will be billed! Please ensure all billing information is correct in your account prior to your renewal date.

 

3. What are the cutoff dates to sign up for a certain month’s box?

Both Beauty Box and Mask Maven will ship at the end of every month. The cutoff date to order your Beauty Box and Mask Maven is the 15th of every month at 11:59 PM EST.

If you sign up after the 16th at 12:00 AM EST, you will be pre-ordering the next month’s box.

 

3. I have too many products! Can I skip a month of my subscription?

Of course! Both Prepaid and Monthly subscribers are welcome to skip renewals prior to their renewal date.

Prepaid subscribers, please be advised that this action will only skip your next renewal, it will not halt any shipments we still owe you. It will also skip the entire duration of your prepaid plan (3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month), not just one single month.

If you are a Monthly subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you would like to skip your February 3 renewal, your next renewal date will be March 3.

If you are a Prepaid subscriber and choose to skip your next renewal, your subscription will renew on the following renewal date. For example, if you are a 3-Month subscriber and you choose to skip your April 3 renewal, your plan will then renew on July 3. Please be aware that any shipments from your original Prepaid 3-Month plan will still be sent to you.

If you choose to skip your next renewal, it must be done so prior to your renewal date. We cannot offer refunds or skips on successful renewals.

 

5. Can I cancel my subscription?  

Of course! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account by clicking here.

On the left-hand side of the page, you will see your active subscriptions displayed in separate boxes. If you click “Edit,” you will be brought to a screen where you will see the option to cancel.

If you need assistance, feel free to email subscriptionshelp@beauteque.com Please keep in mind our business hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Cancellation requests placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day. Cancellation requests may take up to 2-4 business days to process during holidays and busy times, so be sure to plan accordingly. Please make any cancellation requests at least 1 week (7 days) prior to your renewal date.

Note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund your last renewal. Cancelling your subscription only ensures that your subscription plan will not renew in the future. You will be sent any boxes that you have paid for. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please cancel prior to your renewal date.

 

6. If I cancel my subscription, will it cancel my order and refund me?   

No! Cancelling  your subscription only prevents your subscription plan from renewing in the future. If you cancel after your plan has successfully renewed, we will still send you any boxes you have paid for prior to the cancellation. Please be aware of what you have already paid for.

 

7. Can I reactivate my subscription after I cancelled? 

Of course, we would be so happy to have you back! To reactivate your subscription, log into your subscriptions account here.

On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the option to “Reactivate” any inactive subscriptions you may have.

Reactivation requests placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day. Reactivation requests may take up to 2-4 business days to process during holidays and busy times, so be sure to plan accordingly. Please make any reactivation requests in a timely manner to ensure you receive the box you want.

 

8. Can I change from Beauty Box to Mask Maven (and vice versa)?

Of course! You can change your subscription from Beauty Box to Mask Maven (or the other way around) by logging into your subscriptions account here.

On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the option to “Edit” your subscription. You may then select a new product and term, if you wish. Your account will renew on your usual renewal date.

Note: Your subscription plan will change on your next renewal. If you have a Prepaid 3-Month Mask Maven plan and switch to a Prepaid 3-Month Beauty Box plan, your plan will automatically change at the end of your Prepaid 3-Month Mask Maven subscription term.

 

9. Can I get a refund for a renewal?

Our subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. We do not issue refunds once a renewal has successfully gone through. Please be mindful of your sign-up date as this is the date that your subscription will renew at the end of your term.

Please cancel your subscription or skip your renewal prior to your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for your next renewal. We are not able to issue refunds on successful renewals.

10. My payment was not processed, what do I do?

If your card is declined or there is an issue with payment, your subscription will not successfully renew. You will be emailed a notice that your account will expire. You have 10 days from the first failed to update your card information before your subscription expires.

You can change your card information by logging into your account here.

If your account has already expired, simply log back in and update your card information. You can then reactivate your subscription.

If you do not wish to continue the service simply cancel your subscription or skip the pending renewal to avoid the email notifications and billing attempts.
