What is a mask?
A mask is a quick way to pamper yourself and treat a variety of skin concerns you may have. There are many different types of masks including face sheet masks, wash off masks, body patches, and more!
How do I use a sheet mask?
After cleansing and toning, carefully remove the sheet mask from its package. Unfold it so you can see the cutouts for the eyes, nose, and mouth. Align the cutouts with your own features and gently place the sheet mask on your face. Remove mask after 15-20 minutes (time may vary by mask) and dispose of sheet. Pat remaining essence into skin until absorbed. If extra essence remains in package, use on neck, hands, arms, or wherever dry skin frequently occurs.
How do I use a wash-off mask?
After cleansing and toning, apply mask to face while avoiding eye and lip area. After 15-20 minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean cloth.
*Instructions may vary by mask. Refer to packaging or product description on beauteque.com if English is not available on packaging.

How can I tell if your masks are fresh or up to date? How can I tell if they are expired?
This is a great question! We work hard to make sure all of our products are fresh. Each product is labeled with either its date of manufacture or its date of expiration. If you receive a product you believe is expired, don’t worry! It’s very common for Korean/Asian products to be labeled with the date of manufacture. Expiration dates are not typically used on cosmetics the way they are here in the U.S. Cosmetics generally expire
We make sure all of our products are fresh! Each product’s date of manufacture or expiration is marked on its box. If you receive a product that has a past date on it, do not worry! Majority of Asian/Korean products are marked with the Manufacture date. Expiration dates are not typically used on cosmetics, as they are in the U.S. Products generally expire two to three years after being manufactured and are good for at least 12 or more months after opening.
For your reference:
- “제조” or “제조일” means “manufactured on” as in “made on [specified date]”, production date.
- ”까지” or “유통기간” means “good by” as in it is “good until [specified date]”, best before.
Here are some more examples:
사용기간180304′ means that the expiration date is March 4th of 2018.
‘2016.04.06.까지’ means it’s up to April 6th of 2016 and you can use it up to this date.
‘2014.04.09.제조’ means it was made on April 9th of 2014.
